1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using any of our apps, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the app.
2. License to use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non‑commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the relevant app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
3. Prohibited conduct
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law;
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair our services or systems;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any servers, networks or data associated with the app.
4. User content and responsibility
If the app allows you to input, store or share content, you remain solely responsible for that content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to use and share such content and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
5. Updates and changes to the app
The app may be updated from time to time to improve features, security or compatibility. Some updates may be required in order for you to continue using the app. Where possible, updates will be delivered through the relevant app store.
6. No warranties
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
9. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or region where the developer is based, unless the laws in your place of residence require otherwise.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted on this page and/or in the app or store listing. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
